These are mostly quick PSAs for a specific character that walk you through the early game.
There are no strategies or intricate planning. Just get the guy and throw the upgrade.
Mars People Transit
Among all the cheap units, the Martians become INSANE with some investment and a bit of item farming.To the point where it can become a staple of your main team.
You want to get OG Mars People because his Special becomes spammable.
The Cadre (Brown) special is too long and won’t hit the tank when needed, while the Elite (White) jumps forward and thus quickly disposes of enemy waves.
Also the fact that OG is much cheaper so you can spam more units.
You want to focus on getting enough gear to reach three stars.
Not only do you get attack and crit support, but you also get extra projectiles.
PROJECTIONS ARE ATTACKS BY THEMSELVES, covering both ground and air enemies by themselves.
Apparently getting duplicates in gache also helps, so don’t hesitate (but don’t overdo it if you want to get stronger mid to late game units).
REMEMBER TO UPGRADE YOUR BASE, THE MORE AP, THE MORE PEOPLE ON MARS

To show the power of Mars, here is a quick slide show with their transit in 8-2.
I have to let you know that my units are underbalanced here and my team needs some adjustments for 8-3 and beyond.
Mars People is the MVP though, especially since this demo was done in AUTO MODE*.
So playing on your own and/or using Martians with your preferred units can lead to even better results.
Mars People’s homing attacks and specials cover a wide range, so they’ll also be your main infantry when stronger units start to appear.
Soon, a series of homing projectiles are stacked against the enemies.
If you combine this with Recovery to heal yourself and grant debuff immunity, you’ll clear the level in no time.
*If you want to focus on auto mode for farming or just being lazy, make sure the use of specials is set to ranged units or the units will attack over and over again.
Epilogue: Don’t be reckless
As I mentioned before, I’m still struggling with some tiers, so don’t expect Mars People to be a Hyper MVP Tier 0 Meta lord.
But once you get the right team with everything upgraded, the team will carry the Martians.
Level up your other units, grind your player level and get more equipment, extract gacha for duplicates and most importantly UPGRADE YOUR BASE.
Some units like the Hi-Do are highly recommended, but to achieve their deployment you need not only Mars People, but others to keep the pressure on.
The main roadblock ends after World 8 because you’re basically stuck with a bunch of pawns in the Gacha pool.
But after that, a waifus will appear and carry you along the Mars People, as I found out in the online mode.
