To test their spawn cycles, I started a new world, teleported to a safe zone, and wrote down which NPC vendor appeared on which day.
However, there are still two NPCs missing from this guide, Divine Duneman and Mr. Lewis.
Geoffrey
Geoffrey appears every 6 days starting on day 0.
Sells special equipment that increases movement speed and reduces fall damage, but provides no defense. It also sells a vest with tons of storage space.
Mr. Tyson
Mr. Tython beginning on day 1, vomiting every 13 days from that point forward.
It is a powerful civilian weapon.
Please don’t hurt me Mr. Mike Tyson, I’m sorry.
Mrs. Snow
Mrs. Snow appears every 6 days starting on the 3rd day.
Sells silenced long-range weapons and bulkhead kits.
Mrs. Krieger
Mrs. Krieger appears every 13 days starting on the 3rd.
Sells custom German equipment ja.
Mr. Devos
Mr. Devos appears every 13 days starting on the 5th.
Sells gear optimized for CQB.
Mr. Eklund
Mr. Eklund appears every 13 days starting on the 7th.
Sells custom long range rifles.
Mrs. Weston
Mrs. Weston appears every 13 days starting on the 11th.
Sells powerful civilian weapons.
Ms. Romano
To get to the roof where the NPC Arthur is standing, jump onto the windmill and then directly onto the roof.
Mrs. Romano appears every full moon.
Sells muted equipment and speaker sets.
